Terms and conditions event ticket giveaway 

These terms govern the Daniel Wellington event ticket giveaway (“giveaway”) by Daniel Wellington AB, Vasagatan 12, 111 21 Stockholm, Sweden (“DW”, “we” or “our”). By participating, you (“participant”, “you”) agree to these terms, the email where the giveaway is announced, and our Privacy Notice. 

The giveaway is run solely by DW and is not associated with any third-party platform. 

Participation is free and voluntary, and to enter, you must:  
a. Be at least 18 years old,  
b. Reside in Germany,  
c. Meet any criterias in the giveaway announcement email,  
d. Subscribe to DW newsletters, and  
e. Not be a DW employee or immediate family of one. 

The email will outline the giveaway’s requirements and dates. The winner is drawn randomly via a third-party generator and will be notified by a DM on Instagram. DW will only contact the winner via official email, never requesting payment details. 

The prize, as stated in the announcement email, will be an invite to an influencer event. DW does not pay any travel costs. 

DW is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or as required by law, limited to the prize’s value. DW does not make any warranties, whether express, implied or statutory. For errors, delays, damage, or other results based on circumstances pertained to a third party, DW does not assume any liability.  

The giveaway follows Swedish law, with disputes resolved in the Stockholm District Court. If any term is deemed invalid, the rest remain effective.
